We provide management services to clients that have their own architect and design team. We will work with your team and provide professional oversight for construction projects, ensuring effective management, scheduling, quality and scope of inception to completion. We keep close communication and regularly scheduled meetings with our client and their team throughout the project.

John W. Zotos, President Northville Building Corp (Founded 2021)

John has been in the building industry since 1984.

He spent the first 25 years of his career mastering framing of hi-end complex homes across all of Long Island, including much of the North and South forks. He continued his career learning all aspects of building and management from Sub-Contractor to General Contractor.

With John’s 42 years of field experience gives him the advantage of fully understanding how to coordinate, manage and supply, employees, representatives and sub-contractors with the proper materials and information to build the perfect home every time.
